Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building a strong sales pipeline, forming strategic partnerships, and converting prospects into revenue. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a drive to achieve targets.

Work Mode: Hybrid / WFH with weekly check-ins

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
  • Identify and target prospective clients through research, networking, cold calling, and online outreach.
  • Generate and qualify leads across diverse industries.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Client Engagement

  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings with potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor suitable digital marketing solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to align sales strategies with service capabilities.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to help refine service offerings and campaigns.

Sales & Targets

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to close deals.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular status updates.

Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, proposals, and contracts in CRM.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, pipeline, and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
✔ 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing agency roles
✔ Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals
✔ Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Content, Web Design)
✔ Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, proactive, and adaptive
✔ Comfortable working in a hybrid or WFH environment with reliable internet

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years inthe sales industry
  • Experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
